Orders are sent from Copenhagen with PostNord, GLS or GLS pakkeshop. Items will be shipped out as soon as possible after we receive a verified payment.
Please allow 2 to 5 business days to receive your package, unless you ordered a custommade jewellery. Custommade jewellery has a deliverytime of 2-3 weeks. While we do everything within our power to ensure your order is dispatched and delivered on time, Anna Friberg cannot beheld responsible for any late delivery or loss of orders due to circumstances beyond our control.

PRICES, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Anna Friberg accepts following payment: Credit card.
All prices include 25% VAT (Danish sales tax). Prices are quoted in Danish currency. The amount is charged before we ship your order from our studio.
Shipping costs for Denmark are 35DKK for PostNord (MyPack Collect) and 49DKK for PostNord (MyPack Home).

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that all customer information which you provide to us is correct as we do not validate such information.
Anna Friberg does not sell to minors under the age of 18 years. If you are under 18, we suggest that you get assistance from a parent or guardian.

RETURNS
If the jewellery is damaged or defective when you receive it, or if we by mistake have sent you a wrong product, then please contact us immediately after receipt and we will assist you:

Should the jewellery fail to satisfy your expectations, according to the EU-legislation on international internet trading, you have the right to withdraw from the transaction and return the jewellery to us, up to 14 days after receipt. To use your right of withdrawal, you must inform us unambiguously that you wish to withdraw by letter or e-mail.
The jewellery must be returned to us in the same condition as it was delivered. The returned goods must be undamaged and unchanged. If sign of use, beside what is reasonable to determine the nature and function of the jewellery (same handling, as you would exercise in a physical shop) or if it is damaged, you are responsible of any reduction it may cause to the value of the product. It is Anna Friberg that determines the value of the damage.
At the same time we point out, that we only trade in products of high quality, and therefore will reject receipt of any item with visible or functional damages, hence the item will still belong to you. We do not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, abrasion, and exposure to high temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or normal wear and tear.
Please note that you cannot exert your rights of our Return Policy by refusal to receive the parcel from the forwarder, you have to receive it.
Kindly note that your right to withdrawal from the transaction does not apply for items especially made for you e.g. jewellery, custom made to your specific measurements or if especially sealed wrapping is broken.
The goods must be returned to us within 14 days after you informed us of your wish to withdraw. Product returns must be sent to the following address:

Be aware that you carry all expenses involved with the return shipment. This includes the transportation, insurance and possible extra packing materials. The jewellery must be packed carefully in its original packing material, which should be undamaged.
You should use same forwarder or one of same high standard. Furthermore, we recommend the jewellery to be fully insured during the transportation, as you carry responsibility for disappearance of or damage to the jewellery until it is returned to our studio. You must keep the documentation of the dispatch in case it is needed later.
If you annul the trading in accordance with the above-mentioned conditions, we will refund the price of the jewellery as well as the transportation costs for shipping to you. We will refund the amount within 14 days after receipt of your Notice of Return, though we reserve the right to delay the refund until after we receive the goods and have inspected it.
Anna Friberg does not accept claims concerning problems or shortcomings in connection with a purchase more than two years after the date of purchase.
Additionally to our return-policy, as a customer you are protected by the general provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act as regards defects and delay. But please be ensured that we at Anna Friberg will do our utmost to assist you in any way we can.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns and exchanges. You have 14 days after receiving your order to return the item in its original unused conditions, with its packaging and the original receipt.
Please return your product via a traceable shipping method with insurance to Denmark.
The cost of returning merchandise is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed. We are not responsible for items lost. Refunds may be issued after receiving the returned product safely. If we are satisfied with the condition of the item, we will process your refund, excluding the original delivery cost.
Please note you may return your product directly in our flagship store. However, the refund will be made through our online platform and not at the cashier. You will be asked to leave your original receipt together with the returned item.
In the rare situation that you didn’t received your money back two weeks after we processed your refund, please check with your bank as well as with your credit card company, as delays may occur. If the transaction cannot be retrieved, please contact us at
Gift cards are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Please note you may not exchange your product directly at our flagship store. If you need to exchange your item for an alternative, please send us a mail at. We will only replace items that are defective or damaged.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days after receiving your order, if the item is in its original, unused condition, with its packaging. The original receipt must be included with every exchange.

GUARANTEE
Yvonne Koné guarantees all its products against any manufacturing defects, for up to two years after purchase. You are entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality. Expect the repair process to take a month, as all claims are shipped back to our producers in Italy. Please note manufacturing defects are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We do not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, abrasion, and exposure to high temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or normal wear and tear.
